Mr. Bryan Rasmussen: Director of Admin and Finance

Mr. Bryan Rasmussen is NSI Director of Admin and Finance. Mr. Rasmussen oversees the business operations of NSI. He integrates and evaluates NSI’s business processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. He manages the company’s accounting and financial functions, including audits, project control, contract management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Mr. Rasmussen provides project management support by analyzing budgets, tracking and forecasting costs, planning labor, and preparing cost proposals. He also interfaces with customers and vendors to negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and consultant agreements. Prior to NSI, Mr. Rasmussen worked for five years at SAIC as a project control analyst and for two years at the Government Accountability Office as a program analyst. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University where he focused on budget and performance measurement issues. He holds a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University with a minor in Business Management.
