Denise Clayton Delahanty is a Principal Research Scientist at NSI, Inc. She is responsible for managing client research, analysis, deliverables, and senior leadership briefings in support of US Government and commercial client human capital projects. Recent efforts include various barrier analysis projects (what structural, attitudinal, or physical barriers are getting in the way of goals); diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) evaluations; and the development of a new model on how an organization’s core business impacts its culture.
Denise brings over three decades of experience and passion integrating an organization’s external brand with a culture fueled by empowered people who are set up to deliver. She brings planning, process refinement, group facilitation, and research skills, working with leaders from government, Fortune 100, and entrepreneurial organizations to the NSI team. Denise has published articles and delivered keynotes on mission, empowerment, innovation, engagement, and leading remote teams. She has a MBA from Cornell University and a BA in International Relations/Political Science from Carleton College.
