Jessica Williams is a Data Analyst at NSI, Inc. She has mastered skills in data analysis, data visualization, and hypothesis testing. Jessica has engaged in projects that cover the data science process, from data collection and cleaning to modeling and communicating results. Her educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as Educational Research Methods, has given Jessica strong foundational experience with organizational structures and the psychometric and survey research processes. With a 10-year history as an Educational Program Evaluation Coordinator at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Jessica has exhibited the ability to effectively interview, train, and report data to varying stakeholders in education and research.
