Biography: Dr. Molly Silk is a Senior Policy Advisor at the UK MOD’s Secretary of State’s Office of Net Assessment and Challenge (SONAC), where she works on the China team. She holds a PhD in Science, Technology and Innovation Policy, and an MA in Translation and Interpreting Studies (Mandarin).
