Maintaining Data Regulation Compliance

NSI Inc. is committed to protecting the personal identifiable information (PII) and data of all individuals with whom it works. Safeguarding this information is essential to NSI’s mission, as the company maintains a database of subject matter experts (SMEs) who support its work in the government space. This database enables NSI to continue providing insights from a diverse set of global experts to its clients.

The PII stored by NSI may include, but is not limited to, an individual’s name, email address, country of residence, and job title.

To uphold its commitment to data security, NSI applies the highest standards derived from the most stringent data privacy laws, especially the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Under GDPR, individuals must provide explicit consent for their PII to be stored. NSI retains this data for up to 24 months, after which renewed consent will be requested to continue storage.

Under CCPA, an individual’s data will not be used for marketing, solicitation, or shared with third parties without their explicit consent.

All individuals who have provided consent for their PII to be stored may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information at any time.

You must be contacted directly by an NSI employee to be added to the SME database. If you are interested in being added to, or have questions regarding, the  database, then please contact Eric Kuznar at ekuznar@nsiteam.com.
